1. Who we are

“SeeTarot”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the team operating seetarot.com. “You” means the person using the site.

2. The site

seetarot.com is a marketing and editorial site. It describes the product, hosts sample readings, and links you to the live app at app.seetarot.com. Nothing on this marketing site creates a purchase obligation or guarantees a specific product feature.

The product app is a separate service with its own account, terms, and privacy policy. Following the link to app.seetarot.com is voluntary.

3. Eligibility

The marketing site is published from the United States and targeted at U.S. residents. By using it you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18 you must have a parent or legal guardian’s permission.

We do not intentionally market to users outside the U.S. If you access the site from abroad, you do so on your own initiative and at your own risk.

4. No professional advice

Content on this site — sample readings, copy, graphics — is interpretive and editorial. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice of any kind. Nothing here should be used as a substitute for consulting a qualified professional.

5. Intellectual property

The SeeTarot name, wordmark, sample readings, deck artwork, and site design are owned by us or our licensors. You may share screenshots or short quotes with attribution; you may not reproduce the deck artwork or long-form reading copy without written permission.

6. Acceptable conduct

You agree not to:

• Frame, mirror, or embed the site in a way that misrepresents ownership
• Scrape, crawl, or flood the site at a rate that burdens our infrastructure
• Probe the site for vulnerabilities without prior written consent
• Misuse or reverse-engineer any provided API
• Use site content to train machine-learning models without written permission

We may block traffic that violates these rules without notice.

7. Third-party services

Delivering the marketing site relies on the following vendors:

• Vercel — hosts the website and serverless endpoints.
• Google Analytics 4 — measures traffic and attribution.
• Meta Pixel — measures ad performance and retargets visitors who arrived from a Meta ad.

Each of these services has its own terms. Our use of them is incidental to delivering the marketing site and does not create a contractual relationship between you and them.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Use is at your own discretion.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeeTarot is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months — which, for the marketing site, is zero.

10. Governing law & venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer protections guaranteed to you by the laws of your state of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above will change. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
